This room was overpowered by a brick built fireplace, a perfect space to renovate the area was boarded and plastered, maintaining the storage and shelving provides an ideal space for multimedia to be housed. Replacing the cold aluminium window to upvc also freshened up the room and created a clean aesthetic for the space.

Kitchen

BeforeAfter

Installing a modern gas combi boiler was a key improvement for the property. The boiler was housed in the kitchen, which also allowed for a gas hob to be installed. The grey gloss kitchen suited the space well, the area was finished with metro tiles and sleek integrated appliances. We created a wet area on the opposite side of the kitchen, housing the sink and spaces for washing machine and tumble dryer. With additional wall storage the kitchen offers plenty of room for a family.

A steep sloping garden provided with some challenges to create a useable space. Initially removing all foliage and waste in the garden it was clear a wooden decking structure was the best method to create a split-level space. The new tenants at the property have nothing but praise for the space and the exceptional views to the sea.
