Removing trees and foliage allowed so much light into this property. Externally painting provided a welcoming clean aesthetic to the house.

Living Room

Updating the living room included plastering the walls and ceiling, opting for a neutral colour scheme and maximising the light from the windows created a bright an airy living space.

Removing significant amounts of overgrown foliage allowed the vast pace in the garden to be appreciated. Landscaping included removing a large tree, securing all walls, cleaning down the patio areas and creating flower bed spaces for the new owners.

Maintaining the bathroom configuration but updating all elements ensured a modern finish that pleased the buyers. A vanity sink unit, a fixed glass shower screen, and modern waterfall taps were introduced to create a sleek finish.

The property benefited from removal of internal wall to open up the kitchen space, creating a doorway that leads directly onto a patio area and maximising wall space to create a great functional kitchen space. Replacing the kitchen with smooth gloss cabinets, wooden worktops, integrated appliances and fresh white metro tiles allowed the light to fill the room with clean lines and a modern fresh look.

Dining Room

The lower floor required new flooring timbers and full plastering. Maintaining the white walls and grey carpet created a clean, fresh room.
